Attention Windows 7 and Vista users

Windows 7 and Vista requires using version 1.06 

(Version 1.05 should still work for most Vista users)

Version 1.06 is available on the main page

  *** Backup you data files to a safe place before proceeding!!  ***

If the program is installed to the default C:\program files\qsl bureau accounting
then the program must be run in Administrator Mode.
    (This can be set in the shortcut properties)

Otherwise install the program in an area that does not require the privileges.
For example C:\qslbureau
