Postage Rates
QSL Bureau Accounting Program Documentation

Effective 1 March 2007 - The envelope charge is reduced from 20 cents to 10 cents

Postage rates changed effective 12 May 2008

Version 1.03 will need to be manually updated with the new postage rates and
the Packaging amount will need to be changed to 10 cents.

To update your program (version 1.03) with the new rates, go to the Maintenance Tab
and click on Edit Shipping Costs. This is explained in chapter 14 of the Operating Manual.

Here are the rates effective 12 May 2008 and the suggested shipping method.
There will now be thickness and uniformity of thickness restrictions.
Envelope charge is now 10 cents.

I have found that I could send most 3 oz items as Letter rate.  Then the postage is only $0.76
